We offer a modern asset management solution that is visually and functionally rich and available as software as a service.

Technology

Our software utilises Microsoft web application technology and is deployed through the software as a service (SAAS) model, the user interface is browser based with responsiveness to run on any device. Flexibility has been a key factor in the design of the business framework and it is possible to design dashboards, screens and workflows within the system.

The Team

Parity IT was founded in 2022 by Clive Parkes, an experienced software engineer Clive has specialised in social housing software since 2002 working for a number of multi-nationals along the way, Clive has extensive knowledge of Australia and UK social housing management from a business and technology perspective and has lead several development and implementation projects.

Clive is working with a small team of professionals who have hands on experience of the Australia community housing sector, we have a passion what we do and keen to deliver software that makes a positive impact.
